The boys can be handled in a subject hospital at Batestein citadel in Vianen and are believed to have fought within the struggle of the First Coalition 1792-97, between post-revolutionary France and a number of other different European powers together with Nice Britain, Russia, Prussia, Spain, the Netherlands, and Austria.
